About Us

Paula's Pet Care provides a caring and professional service that covers Newquay and surrounding areas. With years of experience caring for animals , I can provide a range of services for ALL animals ensuring a safe, fun, caring and stimulating environment. Situated on the outskirts of Newquay, it offers an excellent location for dog walking with a choice of beaches, grassed areas and coastal paths.


I provide regular/occasional dog walks for all breeds of dogs. This service is ideal for dog owners who work long hours, also for elderly or disabled dog owners who keep dogs for companionship but may not be mobile enough to exercise them as often or as intensely as needed.

Dog home boarding, a friendly and caring alternative to boarding kennels in comfortable surroundings minimising stress and disease. A home from home environment offering one to one care and attention at all times. Dogs will stay in the comfort of my home being treated as one of the family pets with no residential dogs to have to bond with. All dogs in home boarding will get at least 2 x 1 hours walk aday. Fully licenced with Cornwall County Council, pick up and drop off service available.


Dogs can become anxious or destructive when left on their own for long periods of time. I provide day care for your dog, looking after your dog in my own home throughout the day. All dogs in day care will get at least 1 hours walk.


I also provide a pet sitting service where your beloved pets stay in the comfort of their own home while you are away for a length of time. This is beneficial to your pet as they can stay in their own environment reducing stress and disease. Ensuring minimal disruption to their daily routine, this service is an excellent alternative to kennels and catteries. They get personalized attention during your absence and care throughout the night if sleep overs are required. This service covers all animals, domestic cats and dogs, birds, reptiles, small holdings ect


If you prefer, I will visit your home during your absence or just for an extra helping hand with the day to day care of all animals. This service is ideal for all pets (dogs, cats ,birds, reptiles, small animals and even fish).

Qualifications :
City & Guilds level 3 Advanced National Certificate in Animal Care. Foundation Degree in Zoological Conservation. Basic Ground Skills to Positive Horsemanship.
