About Us

At The Animal Ark we understand that pets are members of the family and when you can't be home for them because of work, holiday or other commitments, we understand that you want them taken care of with the same love and attention they receive from you. That's exactly what we do at The Animal Ark - because we love pets!

We offer home from home dog boarding - where your dog is invited into our home while you're away. Your dog will receive all the creature comforts he receives from you. No kennels here!!

We also offer dog walking and dog day care. Our dog walks are tailored to suit your dog - they can be fun and energetic or relaxing, depending on your dogs needs. We offer 1-to-1 dog walks or group walks at very reasonable prices.
Our day care service is aimed at customers who would prefer their dog to be cared for during the day, but not overnight. We will collect your dog in the morning, they will spend the day in our care and will be returned home in the evening. This service is ideal for puppies. Your dog will receive
plenty of exercise during their time with us and lots of TLC.

We also offer home visits for young dogs or cats/small animals - We will pop in at a time to suit you and spend time with your dog i.e. offering a toilet break/feedings. For cats/small animals we offer up to 3 visits per day. We will replenish food/water, administer medication, clean litter/hutch. We can add additional services at your request i.e. collecting mail, opening/closing curtains

We are fully licensed and insured for your peace of mind.

They are thoroughly nice people and my dog's welfare is their paramount concern. They are professional and reliable.
