About Us
Shih Tzu Holiday Home is run by Richard and Jacqui Dickinson. We dedicate our full time to take great care of your very much loved pets.We have been home caring for Shih Tzu for some 5 yrs and do understand that dog lovers may have a variety of breeds so we also welcome any small to medium dogs too.
We have two Shih Tzu Alfi and Lulu and they enjoy socialising and playing with other dogs which is an important part of every dogs life.
Our primary objectives are to ensure that your dogs are as happy on their holiday as you are on yours offering you peace of mind that they are being cared for by dog loving owners.
As dog owners we know how hard it is to find the right care for your precious pet so we have made our home into your dogs holiday home.
They have freedom to lounge and play and meet new friends. Dogs love to socialise.
We will ensure that their individual needs, routines and feeding time are adhered to, to avoid any upset tummys
24hr loving care.
Feeding as per your instructions.
Clean bedding.
Name and our address tags whilst in our care.
Liability Insurance.
A good safe play area for the day time. A comfy lounge for the evenings
Full groom to include bath, nail trim and trim around the eyes and body if required and with the owner permission. this extra is only included on bookings 5 nights and over.
Daily brushing and clean face and eye wash.
Lots of cuddles
A good fun time whilst your favorite pet is in our care .
Grooming Service
We provide a full grooming service free on bookings 5 nights and over.
We would welcome a visit from you if you would like your dog to keep in touch by taking advantage of our full grooming service:-
Full groom and clipping - from £15.00 and up to £25.00 for the first visit depending on condition of coat. £15.00 for the next visit if within 4 to 6 weeks.
Bath and nails £10.00
During the grooming process, your dog will be fully supervised and never left un-attended. Only hand held dryers are used.

Booking Fees
1 x Dog - 15.00 Cost per night
2 x Dogs - 25.00 From same home
3 x Dogs - 35.00 From same home
Prices are per night with no minimum booking or check in times.
A 25% deposit is required to secure your preferred date which is none refundable.
Full payment is due in advance of your pets stay.
Small animal boarding with any dog booking at an extra cost of 5.00 per night.
Please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment
Alfi and Lulu are to be proud parents. Her first litter will be born on or around 16th June 2011
