About Us

Contented Pets was established in 2007. I was looking for someone to come and walk my 2 elderly dogs, Monty and Ollie at lunch time. There was nobody in the area. I had always had pets from a young age and had always wanted to work with animals. In 2004 I completed a dog grooming course. Our old boys have now passed away and we have Jack a vendoodle and Rum a labradoodle.
I started dog walking and cat feeding and then my customers wanted me to look after their dogs when they went away on holiday.
I have over 100 clients and now get booked up 12 months in advance for home from home dog boarding.
In 2010 we have expanded the business and now have Beulah, covering Llangattock/Crickhowell area.
We are Police Checked, Fully Insured and Licensed by the local authority.

One of my cats is very old and needs special care and cleaning, one is blind, one three legged - and I actually have one normal one! Also they had to make friends with the timid outdoor tom, who got to know them so quickly he was waiting outside twice a day for his food. Cat boxes had to be emptied, food given and even cuddles - kindly provided by Mr. Davies. Also curtains were drawn at night and a light left on - so attending to security was also considered. When I returned home after 4 days everything was beautifully clean and the cats were - well - contented. This is a thoroughly professional and trustworthy service that I would be happy to recommend to anyone.
