About Us
The mobile service is convenient because I come to you. Your dog will be groomed on a one to one basis and not surrounded by other dogs which will create less stress and anxiety for your beloved pet. Your dog will be hand dried and not cage dried. I only use gentle, natural and organic products that are bio-restoring grooming therapiesGrooming is not a traumatic event for your pet. They are getting a caring home spa experience! Regular grooming also allows opportunity to give the dog a visual well being check and check for any abnormalities such as warts or infections. It is also an opportunity to check for fleas or any other parasites.
Before each appointment I will go through with you exactly how you wish your dog to be groomed. Your dog will be combed and brushed to leave the coat tangle free. This is usually carried out prior to bathing as it is important to remove all mats as water makes matting worse. I take time bathing your dog selecting and using the appropriate natural product’s suitable for them. A thorough shampoo, condition, massage and complete rinse will be given, and other preparations specified at your request. They will then be hand dried. The paws will be checked for excess hair and nails will be trimmed if necessary. Ears will be checked and cleaned, removing any excess hair from the ear canal to avoid ear infection. The clipping and scissoring can be done to breed specification or any specific requirements you may have. And to finish a spritz of a perfume and a bow if you wish!
All in all this takes around 1 to 2 hours depending on your dog’s cooperation, the breed and any additional requirements. I also offer a wash and go service which is ideal for in between grooms to keep your dog fresh and happy!
It is advisable that your dog has had some exercise and had the opportunity to relieve themselves before grooming. And I always encourage owners to have some treats available so I can reward your dog ensuring a positive experience all round!
