About Us

Pets First Pharmacy is the trading name of Pet Health Limited, a Liverpool-based company set up with the sole aim of providing the consumer with the best available pricing on an extensive range of prescription and non-prescription products. This will enable consumers to make big savings compared to purchasing from your vet directly due to our lower operating costs and economies of scale gained by purchasing in bulk.

We guarantee that Pets First Pharmacy only dispenses genuine UK licensed drugs and only to people resident in the UK. These are sourced from the same authorised wholesaler network that veterinary practices in the UK utilise and we will not use any imports or substitutes.

Regulation is overseen by the Veterinary Medicines Directorate (VMD), a government body which monitors the sale of animal medicines. Our vets are further regulated by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).
