“amazing !” Mrs Ja Reviewed on 23rd April, 2012 I dont usually write reviews but since I found jackie (groomer) through reviews myself and am 'so' impressed after her visit to me today I felt I should leave a review ;) My dog is 9 years old and in all that time I have never found a dog groomer that I have been impressed with or stayed with... UNTILL NOW! - I didnt realise Jackie was a mobile groomer when I first rang and was a little worried about having my dog groomed at home, all the mess etc - but I need not have worried.. Jackie is a really friendly lady who totally clears up after herself as she works.. no mess at all! She bring's 'everything' with her - even down to the towell!! My dog was treated like a baby - with gentleness and kindness, she constantly talked to my dog and reasurred him. Jackie intially sat down with my dog to allow him to become familiar with her. My dog can be anxious being groomed usually but I think he actually enjoyed hes 2.5 pampering today! He looks lovely! Jackie is obviously a true dog lover - she took things at my dogs pace - no rush ! She really knows her stuff and is very knowledgable with dogs !! Prices are very reasonable. End result - my dog looks and smells gorgeous, we now have a groomer we can trust, even had a text after to remind me if I have any probs to let her know. Amazing lady!! will be reccommending to friends and family & anyone that will listen ;) Also found her website to be really informative. Thanks Jackie!
