Losing our pet was like loosing a family member, which is always a very distressing time for all and we appreciated your genuine compassion,showing respect and dignity to our trusty companion. The speed and empathy of your response and the direct management of our need was welcome and important to us both. May i also take time to say that this was not the case when we tried your competitors who were not available at such short notice at the weekend.
