“Pet services” Ms kellett Reviewed on 4th August, 2010 Natalie has been looking after my new puppy Oscar now for 1 month now and I could not ask for better care for him. Natalie looks after Oscar as if he was her own and to be honest I don't know what I would have done withour her over the last few weeks. Puppies are hard work and need constant attention, love and play and Natalie has provided all of this at an exceptional standard. Initally she did 3 visits to our house per day until he received his second injections and he is now going to her house for Doggy Day care- but for 1/2 days as a full day is too much for Oscar at the moment with him only 12 weeks. Natalie ensures he has socialisation with other dogs and people on a daily basis which is really important for puppy progress and he goes on lovely walks with her. Natalie introduces training on a gradual basis e.g lead training, toilet training & recall which is great to reinforce any training programmes you may have scheduled. She is also keen to ensure that what you teach your pet that she reinforces throughout the time that they are with you and that you are both working to the same set goals. Nothing is too much trouble for her and has even given Oscar a bath and nail trim!!! Oscar really loves going to her house and cannot wait to get there on a morning to play with all his new doggy friends he has made during his stay at "Poppy's Pet Services"
