About Us

We are an award winning business and offer five star luxury for your cats. We are the first five star hotel for cats in Merseyside and only have 14 chalets meaning we have lots of time to spend with each individual cat.
We have no members of staff meaning you'll now exactly who will be looking after your cat.
We offer a FREE collection and delivery service so we can come and pick up and drop off yor cat free of charge.
We also have 5 VIC (very important cat) suites which are larger, have a wider selection of food available fro the a la carte menu, a four poster bed and a window looking out onto landscaped gardens.
We are set in peacful and tranquil surroundings and have no dogs.
All are chalets are large enough for two cats and we can house large families of cats together (upto 12).
We are a indoor cattery and only opened in July 2009 so we are built to the highest standards and have already won many awards and have been featured in the Liverpool Echo, Dailt Post, Knowsley Magazine, The Challenge and the Daily Telegragh.

As we live in a residential area we are only allowed to have customers at the premises between 3:00-5:00 mon-fri and 9:00-12:00 on sats and this has to be by appointment only. Our free collection and delivery service runs from mon-fri 9:00-6:00 and sat 9:00-12:00.

We also run the Small Animal Hotel catering for all small animals such as rabbits, guinea-pigs, hamsters, rats, chinchillas, birds, bearded dragons etc. More details can bee seen on our website and facebook.

I cant recommend this cattery highly enough it really lives upto its name of award winning and luxury five star hotel! john and vicky completley put my mind at rest and being able to watch the videos and see the photos of her on facebook while we were away is great idea! They come very highly recommended
