About Us

Petpals gives professional pet care for your pet while you're at work, in hospital, ill or enjoying a holiday. Established 2004, our clients live in Grantham and surrounding villages (within an 8 mile radius) We recognise no two animals are the same, we tailor our services to suit your pets specific needs. Caring for all creatures great and small - from cats and dogs to stick insects and chinchillas, koi carp and chickens! Our services include:

Dog Walking
With our local knowledge, our dog walking will give your dog a stimulating and fun walk. We walk on a one-to-one basis and can transport your dog/s in our safe, airconditioned, purpose fitted vans to new walk locations for variety. Woodland walks and park games are enjoyed by all our doggie clients.

Puppy and Elderly Dog Visits
Our puppy and elderly pet care service offers you visits during the day in your absence. During the visit we can walk your dog or puppy, play, feed, give comfort breaks, medication and if required help with ongoing training.

Cat Visits
An extremely popular service should your cat prefer to stay at home rather than share cattery accommodation. Cats happily stay at home with familiar comforts and smells, this is a vet preferred method of care, particularly for elderly cats and cats that need medication. Our cat sitting service allows clients to go away safe in the knowledge that visits are being made to their cats to feed, clean litter trays, play, groom, give medication along with lots of chit chat and cuddles. We also provide home security by putting out wheelie bins, alternate lights/curtains, water plants, removing post etc.

Small Pet Visits
Very experienced in caring for small pets and exotics and are happy to provide home visits for these types of pets too. We also care for childrens small pets - rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, birds etc.

Pet-to-vet/groomers/kennels/cattery/relocation Taxi
Petpals have pet friendly vehicles and we can transport everything from small pets and cats to giant dog breeds. We are happy to offer return transport locally to kennels or groomers.
