Saheda is a spacious, warm holiday house situated in a prime seafront location, adjacent to the beach commanding panoramic views across to the Bass Rock. Front garden, private parking, secluded rear garden with patio/lawn and direct access to the putting green and tennis courts.

• Reception hall, downstairs WC. Large hall cupboard for storage of coats.
• Large lounge with breathtaking views from bay window, TV and DVD player.
• Modern well-equipped kitchen with electric hob and oven, two sinks, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and pulley.
• Open plan dining area leads into a delightful sunroom with door to private garden with table and chairs.
• Portable BBQ, Garden shed for storage of bicycles, golf clubs etc

• Master twin bedroom with en-suite with electric shower over bath.

• Queen sized double bedroom close to a second bathroom with Victorian bath, WC and basin.

All central heating, lighting, bed linen and towels included in the rent. Saheda is well maintained and serviced throughout by owner.
There is an excellent variety of shops, galleries, restaurants and pubs and attractions within a short walk.
