Quality: Value for Money: Customer Service:

	“Excellent value” Mr Veidt Reviewed on 6th February, 2011 I was very impressed with the results of the groom today, and more so with the price. We did not ask for any special cut so I can't comment on the other reviewers findings, but I would not fault the quality or cost at all.
	“Poor customer service” Mr Sherratt Reviewed on 26th January, 2011 The customer service is poor, they simple just cut/groom the the dog to a standard cut without checking what the customer requires. As you can imagine I will not be using them again. I would recommend that they ensure they discuss with the customer how they would like their dog to be cut.
