Bakerleigh Kennels and Cattery, Established over 40 years having an exellent reputation for caring for the pets of Rossendale.Run by owner and full time,long term staff, we do not take casual workers on we prefer to know the pets in our care and build up a relationship with them so they know us as part of their family.We breed Lancashire Heelers and have been very successful in our breeding winning Best of Breed at Crufts 2009,as well as having bred champions in scandinavia as well as at home.
Long and short term boarding available. Pets on medication no problem and no extra charge, Pets fed on quality food but owners are welcome to bring their own if they wish. We pride ourselves on offering a quality service at competative rates with no hidden extras to pay for.Our kennels and cat pens are kept lovely and warm thoughout the cold weather and nice and cool in the summertime. The cats have vetbedding the dogs have disposable bedding changed daily. Owners are welcome to bring their own bedding if they wish. We offer a bathing service for your dogs before departure if required, price on application. Our kennels uses safe4 solution in all areas which is a top quality disnfectant/sanitiser and we also have isolation facilities if required.All boarders must be up to date with their vaccinations, dogs must also be protected against kennel cough.We are happy to board young puppies and kittens as long as they are old enough to have had all vaccinations we require.
