About Us
We take in animals for re-homing which are no longer able to be kept by their owners or are not wanted any longer. We also try to reunite lost pets with their owners, information which can be logged by calling the Centre telephone number, if this is not possible they are found new loving homes. As a Charity we have a non-destruction policy unless this is recommended by a qualified veterinary surgeon. From April 2008 we are now a Member of the Association of Dog and Cat homes.Opening Hours

  | “Brilliant come and see” Miss Brown Reviewed on 26th February, 2010I have volunteered for them for some time now and all of the animals that pass through the centre on their way to new forever homes are all well looked after and loved. Everyone that works at the centre does it out of love and dedication to the animals, it is a great place to work. I have had a few older cats now as they do not live as long and would not go past them to look for a pet to adopt. Do come and have a look it is worthwhile. |
| “Brilliant!” Miss Guy Reviewed on 3rd February, 2010I have volunteered at the Rescue since July last year, and I just want to say you could not find a more caring group of volunteers. Everyone is dedicated to helping the animals in any and every way possible, from providing them with first hand care and attention, all the way through to finding them the right home. There are always a number of cats, dogs and other small animals at the Rescue that are looking for their forever homes so please consider supporting us! |
