He is extremely knowledgeable on all the pets he sells and even if you havent gone in to buy anything he will give you advice and spend time with you. We bought our lovely cat Alfie from there (he is now 9 years old) and recently got a friend for him Simon. A lovely playful kitten. They have loads of stuff in there for dogs and cats plus great service.
