 | “Simply the best” Miss Cartwright-Loebl Reviewed on 2nd May, 2010
As a behaviourist I spend a lot of time dealing with the trauma caused by visits to groomers and visit a lot of groomers myself in conjunction with my daycare.
As a result there is only one I would use - Mutz Nutz
Not only are they exceptionally good at every shape or shade of cut but they take huge care with the dogs' emotional wellbeing and i have never collected anything other than a happy waggy beautifully groomed doglet from here. I take several dogs here that have had horrendous experiences elsewhere and are consequently truly difficult to handle and they take a case by case approach, treating each one as a best friend and working with gentle assurance to encourage rather than force. Sometimes it takes a while but they stay patient and all gradually improve and it is such a joy to take in a dog that previously would have screamed and kicked and bitten that is now smiling and wagging at the sight of trusted friends. |
