About Us
Nick Jones MA, MCFBA of Alpha Dog Behaviour is here to help you understand your dog’s behaviour, and to resolve issues that may be making life difficult for you and your family. A full member to the CFBA, to allow you to claim back fees via your pet insurance.Help with issues such as dog aggression, jumping up, pulling, non-recall, nervous behaviour, chewing, separation anxiety, biting and nipping, and excessive barking.
Dog expert witness, legal assessments of dogs under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991. Nick Jones MA is a qualified dog behaviourist with full insurance and a full member to the prestigious Canine & Feline Behaviour Association UK.

Description
As a qualified dog behaviourist I can assess dogs for temperament and provide professional reports with film based evidence in order to defend owners in Magistrate and High court cases.
Dog behaviour assessments are made in the home and on public walk environments or in secure compounds by arrangement. I have an MA in dog behaviour from Middlesex University (Professional Practice in Canine Behaviour and Psychology) and have acted as an expert witness following instructions by clients, legal practices, welfare organisations, the police and courts. I always seek to work in close cooperation with Police Dog Legislation Officers (DLO's) and legal professions bringing a practical yet professional spirit to my work.
