Barbs worked as a Veterinary Nurse for over 25 years before moving into the field of Behaviour and Training.
She holds the COAPE Diploma in Companion Animal Behaviour and Training (which unlike many qualifications available on line, is externally accredited not self assessed).

Barbs is also proud to be a Member of the APDT
The Association of Pet Dog Trainers (Membership No. 997)

“Excellent - very highly recommended” Mrs Spurr Reviewed on 6th October, 2010 Barbs has been helping us since we rescued Tia Dec 09. She came to visit and advise before Tia even came home; once she did she came up with a plan to help her settle as she suffers from separation anxiety. Barbs has also helped us train her not just at home but at the park. She has been on hand via phone/text/email and visits - she is amazing, kind, caring and genuine with the needs of the dog coming first. Tia boards with Barbs and Mark and stays most work days for doggy day-care, they treat her like one of their own - she loves going and we love the fact that she's well cared for and happy. We are a much happier family thanks to their help and support. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

“Barney - Separation Anxiety” Mrs Sim Reviewed on 29th September, 2010 I called on Barbs services for my 8 month old beagle (Barney), who is suffering from seperation anxiety. Barbs came out to my house, and went through the whole of Barney's history, so that she could tailor make a plan for him/me. Barbs was extremely helpful and thorough, and explained everything in great detail. It was great to find a person who explains why things are happening! Barney and I have just started the plan, and things are going well so far. Barbs is always at hand should I have any questions, or just to give her an update on progress. I couldn't recommend Barbs/Naughty Corner Training highly enough !! Kim (& Barney)
