![]() | “Companion Care - a really excellent vets!” Ms Roberts Reviewed on 26th February, 2011Have used Companion Care about three years, initially because it was closer than our existing vets but now I would go nowhere else. The staff are so caring and friendly - you never feel rushed. I also like the fact that they make a point of discussing affordability with you and never make you feel bad for having to consider less expensive drugs or options for treatment (particularly important in the current climate). We have taken our two dogs to see Tom and Mel and both are extremely competent, dilligent, clearly caring and very professional. The facilities are also spotlessly clean. One elderly lady I met in the waiting room, told me she drives 70 mile round trip to bring her dog to the vets at this business because she has such faith in them. Anyone looking for a new vet should consider visiting here - the opening hours are also hugely convenient if you work! |
![]() | “Excellent Service - Companion Care Truro” Mrs Paddock Reviewed on 11th February, 2010Tom operated on my dog, Elsie, to deal with a long-standing medical issue that was making her life a misery. The results of the operation have been excellent and Elsie is back to her bouncy self. The whole team at Companion Care provided a highly professional and friendly service at a very competitive cost. They went out of their way to ensure that the operation was a success and I would thoroughly recommend using them. |
![]() | “Companion Care are Fantastic!” Miss CHANCE Reviewed on 10th February, 2010Tom, Mel, Lynsey and everyone at Companion Care were absolutely brilliant after our boxer dog, Nelson, was diagnosed with a brain tumour. We went to Companion Care for a second opinion after Nelson's condition was missed by our original vets, Tom knew straight away what was wrong and acted very quickly. We spent a lot of time in an out of Companion Care, during the final 9 months of Nelson's life, they were always there for us regardless of how they were busy, they always had time for us. Lynsey and Mel were fantastic on Nelson's final day and we couldn't thank them enough for their care, love and support. We cannot recommend them enough, they are there at weekends too - meaning no call out fees and their charges are very reasonalbe. We cannot recommend them highly enough! |
