Use another Vet if you can.
Mr Goodall Reviewed on 20th April, 2012

Our dog had a lump on his nose in December, took him to Shepards in Pontyclun, where we saw a very nice vet, the antibiotics helped but the lump got worse again, back to the vets, only to see a different one, and this happened 5 times over 4 months, the original guy we saw has left, so have all the others!!!
there is no consistency with this veterinary practice, the receptionists attitudes leave a lot to be desired, one in Pontyclun chats on the phone about her personal illnesses while you stand there waiting to pay!!
Bridgend is no better, At the moment I am trying to find another vet, as my dog now has a weeping wound from his nose that has got steadily worse.
I suggest you find another vet who will treat you as a customer and want to look after your pet as they should, after all you are paying them.

Avoid.

I recently lost a cat to FIP. The service received can only be described as disgracefull.
Very rude reception staff on all but one (the initial) contact. Dismissive and upsetting phone calls followed. You will end up ringing them to chase results and be continually fobbed off. No sense of urgency or of emotive attitude. The receptionists made the experience of putting my cat to sleep so much worse by effectively arguing seceral times wwith me over the phone. I wrote a letter expressing my concerns to a Senior Partner, the reply pretty much was: we are sorry you werent happy but we havent had complaints in the past. Sadly a friend has had to put her pup to sleep in the weeks since and has reported a simular experience. I will not use this vet again unless I am desparate.
