“Exceptional Service by Dr Orsi” Mr McGlone Reviewed on 19th November, 2011 This was my first visit to Dr. Orsi's (Michael) Practice. I had read some reviews on some other sites which had highly praised this practice and I have to back up their claims, the service is first class!!! Dr. Orsi (Michael) is a real animal lover not only in it for the money, unlike other vets I have used over the last ten years in south side Glasgow (I'm not mentioning a particularly large veterinary clinic on the cathkin brae, not at all) The time Michael spent with my 2 new cats and the advice he offered to their treatment and wellbeing was outstanding, accurate and unhurried. Michael spent over half an hour going through my 2 cats requirements upon their initial healthcheck, he seemed generally interested and concerned. I was very happy with his service throughout and his nurse was also very helpful after we left his room providing advice, leaflets and a FREE 1 month supply of flea and worm treatment for my 2 cats. I have now registered my 3rd cat at this surgery and look forward to a long consistency of care with this vet for my pets.
