Quality: Value for Money: Customer Service:

“Poor communication and high prices” Miss Christiansen Reviewed on 23rd June, 2010 I had a dissapointing number of years with this practice. They seemed to perpetually hike the prices while new vets were constantly coming and going. My animal was always beig passed between vets who said different things, sometimes contradicting each other. The new building looks impressive and the services listed seem fantastic. I was less impressed with the interpersonal skills and poor follow up from the staff, particuarly the vets. The last straw for me was witnessing a dog being physically abused by its owner in the reception area in full view of the vet. To my horror the vet about turned and went into their room. I would not recommend this practive for these reasons.
