	“the next step” Mrs fellows Reviewed on 10th January, 2012 I cannot praise Rutland House Referals in St Helens enough. We took our young dog there after our local vets had horrifically burned her following a simple spay operation. They were absolutely brilliant from day 1. Our consultant, Susan Paterson is A1. She hospitalised her immediately and infact had to keep her there for a week, whilst she had to have very specialist intensive care. The nursing staff were excellent, very caring and brilliant at their jobs. Infact, everyone was brilliant. They taking veterinary care to the next level. I have total confidence in their ability and knowledge. Big thank you Rutland House!!
