“Great vets” Mr Edwards Reviewed on 3rd May, 2012 I have been a client at Briar Dawn vets for a few years now and have always found the service and care to be top rate. The vets, nurses and receptionist are all really friendly and helpful and I have recommended Briar Dawn vets to all my family and friends, who all love the staff and level of care received from everybody at Briar Dawn Vets.

“My factual report regarding Briar Dawn” Mr Brads Reviewed on 17th April, 2012 Please anyone who is seriously thinking about using this veterinary centre ... DONT ... their ethos ( Treating your pet as if they were a member of our own family ) is such a stretch of their imagination it's untrue. This company has bled my bank account of over well £1,000 in a short space of time, making me pay twice to the tune of £180 to have my young kitten neutered as she split her stitched which may i add was their fault as they didn't double stitch her. Then when we took our beloved very old cat they kept us hoping and trying many different blood test's etc at a huge expense and stress to our cat to only to have the inevitable happen. Once they had emptied our little savings they then began to what only can be expressed as harassing us via our home phone on a daily basis for the final payment for putting our cat down and this was all within the week of putting her down ( They didn't think that we might have been grieving ) This company that so called is treating your pets as if they were members of our own family is now taking me to court for a £40 admin fee letter which can i add they said they would remove once the account was cleared to then go back on once we have cleared the debt. Hopefully this information finds many people and helps them to not make the same mistake we did please please anyone AVOID this business, if we could have rated this zero then we would have.
