About Us

City Tails offers dog walking, day care, pet sitting and pet taxi services to Richmond and the Southwest London area.
All the pets in our care are treated with a lot of love and affection, as if they were part of the family. We will discuss your pets needs with you and accommodate all their needs as their happiness and wellbeing is our highest priority.

Dogs who come for day care, enjoy 2 long walks in Richmond Park of a minimum 1 hour each...but usually longer, and then get to enjoy the day playing in the garden or relaxing in the comfort of our home.

When pet sitting we will discuss your pets daily routine (eating times, sleeping areas, favourite walks etc.) and maintain these whilst you are away.

“City Tails” Mr Tozer Reviewed on 14th June, 2012 I recently had some issues with another company so had lost confidence in leaving my dog Charlie with someone else. However, my friend recommended that I go and see Sophie, and it has been a relief to find someone I can trust to leave Charlie with while I’m at work. Not only that, Charlie has made a new best friend with her dog George and gets all excited when I drop him off. A professional business, with all the credentials, that leaves you with the comfort that your dog will be well-looked after - highly recommended.
