About Us

Contented Creatures are a small business offering pet services to clients throughout the local area. The company, which can now be found in Rayleigh, was established in 2008 in Langdon Hills (Basildon)and has experience in the pet feeding, walking and sitting sector.

The company is managed by Lucy, Julie and Joanne Cruse, who over the past 12 months have been focusing on relocating whilst Joanne enjoys motherhood again after giving birth. Having worked for Ambulance Service and NHS, Julie and Joanne are more than able to oversee and run a caring, compassionate and professional company.

With their love of animals especially cats and one gorgeous Bichon Frise, and over the years as a children, rabbits, hamsters, budgies to name a few, they are able to turn their personal experience into a professional one.

Contented Creatures had a small and satisfied network of regular clients, situated in Basildon and the surrounding area. These are mainly professional people who have been recommended through family and friends and word of mouth.
Having relocated now in Rayleigh, the company are now establishing and back open for business after a change of management, welcoming Lucy to the company.

The company aims to supply customers with a professional Pet Sitting and Dog Walking Service. The staff allow clients to continue with their daily busy lives, allowing the customers to be worry free knowing their beloved pets are being loved and cared for.
