About Us

Plymouth Pet Lodge is a private, family run pet caring business with a range of services to offer the devoted pet owners which includes, dog walking, animal boarding, doggy day care, puppy care and pet sitting visits.

We are skilled in caring for a range of animals from dogs to lizards, birds to rabbits, terrapins to stick insects. We offer our services to discerning pet owners who understand that pets are creatures of habit and are happiest when keeping to a normal routine, which is why our facilities are the way forward. It is a fact that some animals, dog especially, need a regular companion who has the ability to stimulate the animal mentally and physically which kennels cannot always provide. Our care can assist in reducing or eliminating destructive dog behaviour and increase obedience at home. Whether you are going on holiday, working late, away on business, unwell, or for any other reason you may be unable to look after your animal, Plymouth Pet Lodge is here to help.

“A home from home for Twix and Bounty” Mr Samson Reviewed on 2nd February, 2012 Thanks to Plymouth Pet Lodge for taking extra special care of my daughters lion haired rabbits. As some maybe aware this breed of rabbits need alot of grooming and TLC and Cathleen did a wonderful job. Will definitely visit again. Thanks

“Barney loved his week on holiday” Miss Parker Reviewed on 2nd February, 2012 Due to the nature of my occupation I am constantly on the go, usually when I need to go away for work my mother will take care of Barney my 2 year old Beagle. After work sprung I was needed in France for a week and my mother had recently had an operation I was in a bit of a predicament and my friend told me about Plymouth Pet Lodge. I first called the owner Cathleen, who invited myself and Barney around for a complimentary viewing where we met some other animals which were staying and her beautiful puppy Lilly. Cathleen made us feel very welcome and Barney was already at home. I happily signed Barney over to Plymouth Pet Lodge for the week ahead and she gave me an amazing discounted price. I picked Barney up a week later and although he seemed pleased to see me, he was unhappy to be leaving the Lodge. I have kept in contact with Cathleen and she now takes Barney for a walk 3 times a week with Lilly. I would happily continue to use the services Plymouth Pet Lodge provide. Carly :)
