The freedom to explore our garden or just to curl up on the settee, with us to watch TV. We are flexible for drop off / collection times or can offer you a collection and delivery service if you prefer.

WE ALSO CAN PROVIDE A HOME VISITING SERVICE TO ENABLE YOUR CAT OR OTHER SMALL CAGED PET TO REMAIN IN THEIR OWN HOME WHILE YOU ARE AWAY.

	“One happy dog and owner” Mrs Foster Reviewed on 11th May, 2012 The kindness and care Sandra and David extended to both to me and my seriously ill 14 year-old Border Collie was exceptional.I was hospitalised as an emergency when visiting Merthyr. I live in Dorset, 130 miles away and had brought my dog as her health suffers even more when she is seperated from me even for short periods. She is in her last months of life needing tender loving care and is now frightened of other dogs as she knows she cannot defend herself. Sandra and David collected my dog from my car in the hospital car park, did the necessary paperwork crouched at my feet on the floor of the hospital. They contacted my Dorset vet to fax the medical details for her innoculations and medication. They drove my dog from the hospital, cared and medicated her and brought her back to me at the hospital when I was discharged. The important question is, did my dog have a good time? Well she came back a happy,animated, smiling dog, waggy tailed and had clearly had an adventure and a great time being doted on! I highly recommend this caring, dog-loving couple to give any dog an exceptional home-stay.
	“Absolutely fantastic home boarding......” Mr Evans Reviewed on 23rd April, 2012 We cannot praise Sandra and David enough for the outstanding care they provide for our 2 dogs (Smudge and Maisey). Our dogs have now stayed with them on a few occasions and every time we have been able to leave them without any worries. My wife and I would not consider leaving the dogs anywhere else and probably would choose not to go away if the only other option was boarding kennels! It was clear from the moment we met Sandra and David that they were animal lovers first and business owners second. The induction process went very smoothly where we took the dogs over to meet and greet Sandra and David so that we could see for ourselves the enviroment in which the dogs would be staying (which by the way is fantastic) and that they could see our dogs. There was some paper work to take away and fill in (and it was made clear that until this paperwork was returned and checked/okayed that no bookings could be fully confirmed), but the paperwork in itself showed the professional level of care that the Dog House apply to their responsibilities as they wanted to know all about how we look after our dogs so that they could tailor the care they provide to match. We will happily leave our dogs there again and again, in fact our only concern is that the dogs prefer to stay there than be at home with us! Thank you Sandra and David for providing our dogs a home from home.
	“Cancelled at the Last Minute” Mr Woods Reviewed on 11th April, 2012 I am not normally a person for writing a bad review but: We booked our dog in here mid January, we took our dog over to meet them the next day for the meet & Greet service and they said they were happy to have her when we went on Holiday at the end of April. They then waited until 11th April 2 weeks before we were due to fly out on holiday to say they can't have the dog for us. I can understand changing your mind about having someone's dog but to leave if for nearly 3 months before telling me is a shocking way to run a business. As anybody knows to find a decent dog sitting service is difficult even with months of notice, so for them to leave it to 2 weeks before we fly out is appalling. Do not depend on these people to take and look after your dog, they may just leave you stuck at the last minute like they have done with us.
