Hello, I’m Karen of Hemel Walkies. Hemel Walkies provides friendly, flexible, affordable, reliable Dog Services in the Hemel Hempstead Area.

I have many years of doggy experience, am a qualified groomer, canine first aider, police checked, fully insured AND have RSPCA experience.

I’ve taken early retirement from the Prison Service to do the job of my dreams – caring for dogs. I moved into the Hemel Hempstead area in 2007 with my 2 German Shepherds, Tyson & Angel and have never found the doggy services I needed at a price I could afford, I have therefore tailored my services to fill that gap in the market.

Hemel Walkies is different – I will provide you with all round care for your pets – walking, day care, home boarding, bathing & grooming and home visits for puppies, seniors and cats.

I will be there for your special furry friend – whether long term, regular or short notice, as & when or in emergencies – from pups to seniors (and even your cat!). MY AFFORDABLE PRICES:

Registration: Free – includes a meet and consultation to answer all your questions.

Dog Walking: £7 for 45–60 minutes (£11 for 2 dogs from the same family). First walk free!

One-to-one walking: £9 an hour (£14 for 2 dogs from the same family). First walk free!

Doggy Day Care: £12 a day

Home Boarding: £15 a night

Puppy, Senior or cats home visit £5- £7

Bathing & basic grooming: £13 (small dog), £15 (medium dog), £17 (large dog)

Local collect & return home service (for grooming, day care or overnight stays): Free
