About Us
About Our Boarding Service:Bunnies Boarding is passionate about providing excellent care for your animal whilst you are away. We are a pet loving family who have over 16 years experience and so your pet will receive our upper most care and attention.
We are committed to your small animals needs and are a part of the Rabbit Welfare Association and Fund (RWAF)
Accommodation:
We cater for each individual rabbits' needs whether it be an indoor or an outdoor rabbit.
For our outdoor rabbits, we have large hutches with waterproof roofs.
In the daytime, the outdoor rabbits have their own separate grass run (10ft 6 x 3ft 4) with shaded area to allow exercise and spacious relaxation. At night or in colder weather, they are then transferred back into their outdoor hutch.
For indoor rabbits, we have a well insulated outbuilding wherein the hutches are located.
In the daytime, if weather conditions are good, they have their own spacious outdoor grass run (10ft 6 x 3ft 4) with shaded area. However, if the weather is too cold or unsuitable for our indoor rabbits, they will be transferred to indoor runs. At night they will then be transferred to the indoor hutches in our outbuilding. Or if preferred, we have specific living areas within our home for indoor rabbits and other small animals which are fully central heated, to ensure that individual requirements are met and to give you and your rabbit various options.
Also, if agreed, we will bring your rabbit, whether indoor or outdoor, into our home for additional exercise and company.
For boarding hamsters, mice and parrots we ask owners to provide their own cages along with their own food
Exercise:
We offer various different toys and tunnels for your animal's entertainment, and we also advise that owners bring their pets personal toys if they wish.
Health & Hygiene:
All animals must be vaccinated and up-to-date. We ask our boarders to bring their vaccination cards on arrival. We also advise that your pet stays on its usual food brand to prevent stomach upset.
Everyday, we will feed your animal with fresh fruit and vegetables according to their taste. From carrots to bananas, corn to oranges - whatever your rabbit likes, we will cater for it.
Small Pet Boarding Tarif
We charge per day - pick up before 10.30 am then no charge applicable for that day. Otherwise full day rate applies.
We suggest that new customers come and have a look at what we offer - and we ask that appointments for this are made by telephone prior to visit, due to parking facilities and animal security, wherein we can meet and greet you.
We ask customers to give us a 25% deposit prior to boarding to secure their required dates of boarding - This can be sent to us through cash/check
