That’s where I step in – I provide exactly the love care and attention your pets require with a home-from-home service providing personal, friendly and reliable care for your pets; you may be away working, taking a well-deserved break or simply a night off, or even if you have to attend a sudden emergency – I’m there to allow you peace of mind and a stress-free time away.

I promise to deliver the highest standard of service, and naturally by being part of a professional organisation, those all important safeguards are in place, including a personal police check, insurance, animal training, pet experience etc.

“Dog sitting at Melanie's Pets Homes & Gardens, Billinghurst” Mrs Calder Smith Reviewed on 8th February, 2012 Our much-loved Great Dane dog, Sky, is now 9 years old and is beginning to require a bit more attention, warmth and love – it was becoming harder and harder for us to leave her in the care of a rather ‘impersonal’ kennels which is where she was used to going. So when we found Melanie with her genuine affection for all animals and where Sky could stay in complete ‘home comfort’ with a family around her as she is used to, and at times other animals to provide entertainment, we have never looked back. Holidays for us as a family now feel much more relaxed as we know she is warm, comfortable and safe, with plenty of stimulation and attention. I sometimes feel she would almost rather stay there where life is so easy than come back home with us! Since leaving Sky with Melanie the first time, I have regularly called on her to take care of her for the odd day or even just a few hours, as she can’t be left alone for too long. Sky always goes happily to Melanie, and relaxes immediately in her home. Having such a reliable and fantastic place for Sky to go to has taken a huge weight off our minds.
