About Us

Dogtopia is Thurrock & Basildons longest running pet service business, established in 2005. We offer dog walking, solo or in groups, home boarding for your dog, holiday feeding for any animal, puppy sitting/socialisation and pets2vets.
We also offer microchipping which is done in your own home, and at half the price of most vets.
We have an online store too, selling great dog and cat products, many are exclusive to Dogtopia and to the UK!!
All staff are police checked, insured and animal first aid trained & certified. We are also licenced by Thurrock Council to board your dogs.

	“Dogtopia .....” Ms Irwin Reviewed on 31st July, 2011 I have employed Dogtopia for almost three years now for my Dalmatian, Dylan. All I can say is how much Cath has helped me. Cath walks Dylan every weekday and cares for the dogs as if they are her own. I never worry when Dylan goes out with Cath as she is an extremely responsible dog walker and Dylan loves her and the pack! Dogtopia is also a god send for looking after Dylan when we go away. The dogs are not left in kennels and live in the house with Cath and have a true holiday themselves. It's like a home away from home for them. I don't know what I'd do without Dogtopia and I would highly recommend them to anyone who truly cares about their pet.

Our labrador loves the time he spends with Cath and the other dogs he walks with so much so he very often does not want to leave the park!! The dog boarding service is invaluable and again our dog loves staying with both Tansy and Cath. We would whole heartedly recommend Dogtopia to anyone who cares about their pets. The service provided cannot be faulted and we feel safe knowing that our labrador is so well looked after.

My dogs are always excited to see them, as too are the rats and fish (I think!). They used to look after my pot bellied pig too, and he was a very grouchy customer. My nosey neighbour asked for their number for a friend as they noticed the van was outside my house for "quite a while", so it's not just hello here's your food, see you tomorrow, which I know happens at kennels. If you love and care for your pets Dogtopia has to be the one.

They visited me at my home discussed my exacting requirements for her and have delivered to the letter ever since. I have found them to be proffessional and above all flexible to my needs. They also treat my dog as if she were their own and I have had no worries at all for her welfare since they took charge of her. She is also a happier and much more contented dog too. I wanted to get a dog but, because I work very long days, I was concerned about leaving it alone all day. I contacted Dogtopia to ask about their services and, not only were they able to provide a dog-walking service, they also provided me with a dog which needed a home! Cathy has been incredibly supportive and is very easy to contact if you have any problems. Dogtopia provides a very efficient and reliable service. They will go the extra mile for you and your dog.

You can leave your animals with an easy hart as you start your holidays, or know they will be well taken care of when you go to work, knowing they are in kind loving hands.
	“Bet you never thought I'd have time for reviews!” Miss sellick Reviewed on 27th July, 2011 Reviewing is not normally my thing, but as I am making an effort as a way of giving a little back to you as I can honestly say you have made a massive difference to our lives. My perfect pouches are looking forward to their second stay with you over our holiday period, I know they will have a great time (the pics and video you gave us last time proved it!). Having my dogs walked by you, (now three times a week), has taken such a strain out of our lives. I love my pouches to bits but unfortunately I do have to work to keep them in their life of luxurious bedding, so having them exercised and of course entertaining them like you do gives me a sense of relief knowing that they are having a happy life everyday, even when I can't be there. I don't want to write negative things about anyone, but what I will say is that you were not the first dog walking service (and now dog 'holiday' service), that I have used, but I am so, so pleased that I found dogtopia when I did. - I almost gave up on them! More important than what I think is what my dogs think and I know by their behaviour and wellbeing that they absolutely love their thrice weekly walks and their holidays away with you. ... as you well know, I ALWAYS recommend you.
