About Us

I have lived and worked with animals all my life. For many years breeding and showing Irish Wolfhounds and standard longhaired dachshounds. These days i live quietly on the South Wales coast with Fawn the last of my Wolfhounds, Fly a rescue Greyhound and Alf a rescue lurcher.
I am reliable and experienced in handling all sorts of dogs, but mostly, I just love dogs.
i can provide Dog Walking, for dogs local to Ferryside/Llansaint/Kidwelly.
Daycare, if you just need to be away for the day.
Dogsitting, if you need to be away for longer,for holidays. Dogs stay with me in my calm, dog friendly home with secure garden and daily walks. i understand how much you love your dog and will follow your feeding, exercise, sleeping routine as closely as possible, to ensure your dog has a stress free holiday.

“Danny's Best Friend” Mr James Reviewed on 13th August, 2011 I stay with Alfie, Fly and Fawn whenever my owners are away. Liz who looks after us is wonderful. She takes us for long walks, gives me the same food I get at home, and because I know how to look appealing, I get more treats than at home! Alfie is my best friend and I love to play with him. On my last visit he taught me how to swim in the canal, but Liz made me have a shower as she didn't want me smelling of the canal, though I really liked it. Sometimes Liz comes to the house where I live with my owners. I get very excited then as she might take me for a walk, and she's very good at throwing my frisby.

“An excellent caring dog focussed service” Ms Rose Reviewed on 29th July, 2011 The yellow labrabdor in these photos is my wonderful dog:-) He has been cared for by Liz for several years now. He enjoys his long walks along beaches, woods and the quay park which is a wonderful place upgraded with lots of walks, places to sniff, smell and just enjoy. There are no walks along roads here! Liz is very caring, helpful and flexible and always gives her best to care for the dogs which is the priority, as well as adapting to us humans with our varied working and other commitments connected to a busy and demenading life.
