“Dog grooming” Mrs Morrow Reviewed on 5th October, 2011 We were extremely pleased with the service we received for the grooming of our dogs. Karen and her family were very welcoming to our dogs and went out of their way to make the dogs feel happy. The grooming was of a very high standard and the dogs were given comfort breaks in the garden. The proof of the pudding, as they say, is the dogs enjoy seeing Karen and Chloe even when they are not about to be groomed! we also enjoy the fact we can ask for the dogs to be returned home when the grooming is finished. With long haired dogs this is the icing on the cake! It is not always an easy job to anticipate how long the grooming will take so Karen usually has our dogs as the last appointment of the day and they are brought home for us. One of our dogs is very nervous so the fact that there are no other dogs waiting in kennels, usually being noisy, means she is relaxed and almost stress-free is important to us. Thank you, Karen and Chloe.
